After studying finance at UCT, I quickly discovered that the corporate world wasn’t for me. I pivoted to a more fulfilling path, becoming a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Ten years later, a personal health curveball nudged me toward a long-standing passion I’d kept tucked away in the background: writing. 

Joining the Wordsmiths writing group was a turning point. Writing became more than a hobby, it became a lifeline. A way to cope, create, and carve out space for myself again. 

They say life begins at 40, and I’ve taken that to heart. I launched a modelling career and made a bold decision to pursue writing seriously. 

Now, I write fantasy fiction and modern retellings of Greek mythology—stories of escape, transformation, and magic. Because sometimes, stepping into another world helps us better navigate our own.
